What Is Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps people recover from injury, manage pain and improve movement and function. It combines assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise and education tailored to each individual. Physiotherapists work with a wide range of conditions, from musculoskeletal and sports injuries to neurological, respiratory and post-surgical rehabilitation. How It Works

Book Your Appointment
Follow the “Book an Appointment” link on the website and choose a date and time that suits you. You’ll be asked to complete the required pre-assessment forms and make payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Initial Consultation
During your first session, we take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, goals and lifestyle. This includes a movement assessment, functional tests and a clear explanation of your condition.

Personalised Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, we create a tailored treatment plan designed to help you recover safely and effectively. This may include hands-on therapy, mobility work, strength exercises and practical education.

Ongoing Support & Progression
Each follow-up session focuses on progressing your rehabilitation, reviewing your exercises and adapting your plan as you improve.

Guidance Beyond Physiotherapy
If we feel you’d benefit from additional input, such as GP review, imaging or another healthcare professional, we’ll guide you through the next steps so you're always supported.
